TERMS OF SERVICE
general terms
✦ Prices are not fixed. It may increase depending on the complexity of the request.
✦ I have the right to decline any order for a specific reason (a. it's too complicated and I'm not skilled enough ; b. im not comfortable with the idea of the artwork; c. other personal reasons
✦ The commissioned work is for personal use only, unless an agreement was made (applies to shared commissions).
payment
✦ Payment is made through G-Cash (local) or PayPal (international). An additional fee of $3 is charged on the client for PayPal payments.
✦ The client is free to choose whether to pay upfront or 50% after sketch is approved.
✦ The final artwork is sent once the other 50% is paid.
turn around time & waitlisting
✦ Each commission takes 1-2 weeks to be completed AFTER sketch is provided.
✦ Due to the artist's hectic schedule, commissions are usually open during semestral breaks (nov-jan & may-july). You may reserve a slot for future commissions.
✦ This is a "first come, first serve" basis unless the next client haven't sent their reference board yet. It is highly encourage to provide the reference board before the client's turn.
process
✦ Updates are sent to clients throughout the commission process.
✦ Trello board is also often updated.
✦ In case of inactivity, kindly reach out to the artist to ask for updates.
